Return Policy

Did you buy something that just didn't fit right? Do you have an issue with an item(s) and you want your money back? Have no fear! We now take online store purchase returns up to 30 days after your purchase! 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S):

1. Contact us! Either email topdrawerconsignment@frontier.com or send us a message using the form down below stating your reason for returning your item(s). 

2. Package and Ship your unwanted item(s) to Top Drawer Consignment at 15 Hartford Ave, Granby CT 06035. If you are shipping your item(s) back to us you will have to pay for the return shipping cost. If you are in our home base area of Granby CT, you can drop off your return at your earliest convenience in the 30 day time frame, at our physical location for no cost.

3. Once we receive your item(s) we will process your return and refund you. We will also send you a confirmation email letting you know we have received your return and have processed a refund for you.
